Convenience is king in most people\’s lives, and that\’s especially true when they travel. When they\’re at home or in the office, they want to know they can ask Siri or Alexa for whatever information they need. Why should it be any different when they\’re traveling? Another newish tool has joined the fray(纷争): the Facebook Messenger chatbot.
